Chicken Wings – Chicken wings brined overnight, smoked and then finished off on the grill. Suggested rubs include our own Red Flag Sriracha or Change Lanes Jerk. Can be served with just the dry rub or tossed in our mild or spicy Gear Lube BBQ sauce.
Hamburgers – Home made, third pound burgers seasoned with our own Brake Dust Beef Rub and grilled to perfection on our grill. Served on fresh hamburger buns with your choice of toppings including cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo, sriracha mayo, onions, lettuce, pickles and tomato.
Hot Dogs – All beef foot long hotdogs grilled on the BBQ, a favourite of the little ones. Served with an assortment of condiments.
Jerk Chicken – Boneless chicken breast soaked overnight in our Jerk Chicken marinade then grilled on the BBQ. Served on fresh Coco Bread with homemade Cole slaw.
Lamb Kabobs – Fresh lamb, double ground and mixed with a blend of spices, skewered and grilled on the BBQ.
Pulled Pork on a Bun – Fresh Canadian pork butts spend up to 12 hours in the apple wood fueled smoker until it falls apart. Finished with The Garage Guy mild or spicy Gear Lube BBQ sauce, our pulled pork is best served on a soft bun and topped with slaw.
Ribs – Rubbed with The Garage Guy Red Flag Sriracha rub, these Quebec grown ribs are smoked over apple wood for two hours and finished on the grill with our Gear Lube BBQ sauce until they have just the right amount of tear before they come off the bone.
Sausage – Sausages from the Great Canadian Meat Company, regular or hot, grilled over on the BBQ and served with or without a bun, and with a selection of delicious toppings.
Steak – How can you go wrong with perfectly grilled New York Strips, dusted with our signature Brake Dust Beef Rub?
Tandoori-style BBQ Chicken – Skinless chicken thighs and legs marinated overnight in a yogurt and spice mixture then grilled to perfection on the BBQ.
