Antipasto Platter – An assortment of grilled vegetables including roasted red peppers, zucchini, eggplant and Portobello mushrooms. Served cold.
Baked Beans – Baked beans slow cooked over the BBQ or in the oven with bacon, chopped onions and BBQ sauce.
Baked Potato – Individual baked potatoes cooked on the BBQ and served with butter and/or sour cream
Corn on the Cob – Sweet or Peaches and Cream corn grilled on the BBQ and served with butter on the side. Can be grilled with any of our Garage Guy BBQ spice rubs….we recommend Red Flag Sriracha.
Caesar Salad Wedge – Slice of bacon candied with our Garage Guy Sriracha rub and brown sugar, served on a crisp Romaine lettuce leave, drizzled with Caesar dressing and topped with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and freshly ground pepper.
Grilled Mini Taters with blue cheese butter – Just like the name says, except words can’t convey how awesome these flavour nuggets taste!
Tandoori Grilled Mini Taters – silky smooth little potatoes with a tangy Tandoori bite.
Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes – Sliced tomatoes topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese, sprinkled with fresh basil and grilled over the BBQ.
Grilled Vegetables – Assorted vegetables in season (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus, peppers, onions, mushrooms) tossed in olive oil, grilled over the BBQ and topped with goat cheese.
Veggies and Dip – Can be served on a platter with an assortment of in season vegetables or as individual cups with sticks of carrot, celery and peppers. Your choice of Caesar, Ranch or Blue cheese dipping sauce.
