All too often we receive email inquiries asking simply: How much do you charge? There is no mention of the size or type of event, what kind of food will be on the table or what sort of service will be required.
How much do you charge?
Look, everyone has to watch the bottom line, we totally get that. Whether you are planning a dinner for four at home or an employee appreciation BBQ for one hundred, you have a budget to work around. If the food is nothing more than an afterthought though, chances are that your event will be less than memorable.
There are so many variables that our rates aren’t set in stone. We prefer to work closely with each client to create a service and menu that fits your budget and will delight your guests. We can however provide some rough guidelines as to what to expect.
Basic family or company BBQ
You want the basics, burgers, dogs and potato salad. We can do that, but there won’t be any frozen burgers, your guests are too good for that. Your guests will enjoy gourmet hand formed burgers and top notch foot longs from the Great Canadian Meat Company. You can expect to pay about $12 per person with a minimum of 50 guests. We will serve at your event site for three hours.
Want something a bit more involved, try our signature Mexican chicken wings or spicy jerk chicken on cocoa bread.
Home dinner party
Want to impress your dinner guests at home, while actually being able to enjoy their company? Allow us to look after the cooking for you. We will work with you to create a menu that is sure to wow your guests. Expect to pay around $200 per couple depending on ingredients needed. Don’t have serving dishes and glassware? No problem, we can work on that together too.
From family reunions to car dealership customer appreciation events to whatever you can dream up, our team is equipped to make your event the best it can be from start to finish.
Last minute events
We know that sometimes last minute occasions do happen. We will always try to accommodate you, although there may be additional expenses for staffing etc. for last minute events.
Note that events outside of Durham region may be subject to travel fees.
