Spring arrived and seems like it left just as quickly! That’s OK though, because we’re still here making great food! Our newly re-introduced Cuban sandwich was so popular that we are going to be keeping it on the menu!

The response last week was great, so we are staying OPEN FOR LUNCH!

Orders continue to be a bit crazy, coming from all corners of the internet, so we’re going to ask everyone to please order through messenger at facebook.com/thegarageguybbq so that nobody slips through the cracks!

Lunch menu, Tuesday – Friday

for contactless pickup only by pre-order via Facebook

Your choice of our real deal smoked pulled pork or brisket on a Cobs Bread roll, with our creamy slaw, either on the sandwich or as a small side. Sandwiches can be sauced or unsauced. 

Authentic Cuban Sandwich features our smoked pork, pickles, ham, swiss cheese and yellow mustard on a small sub roll, pressed panini style.

Real Deal Barbecue 

Because BBQ is our passion, we figure we should offer up some real deal smoked meats on an ongoing basis! These will be supplied cold for you to warm at home.

Daily – Asiago Mac n Cheese Single order $12, Family size $60

Mac n cheese is a long time BBQ staple and our customers rave about our version which combines silky Quebec cheddar with the unique tang of asiago.

DINNER MENU

Monday – Meatloaf Monday single order $12, family size $60

The best of comfort food! Our meatloaf is simply seasoned with our signature Brake Dust Beef Rub and served with buttery mashed potatoes and veggies.

Tuesday – Chicken parm sandwich with Caesar Salad

 $12 per person

Our tangy, cheesy chicken parmesan served on a crusty Italian roll with a Caesar salad on the side.

Wednesday – CLOSED

Yippee! We’re headed to the track today!

Thursday – Beef dip sandwiches with house made kettle chips 

$12 per person

The standard by which Gary judges every watering hole! Moist and juicy roasted eye of round, served on a toasted sub roll, with smokey brisket au jus for dipping. Our house made kettle chips are the perfect side!

Fried Chicken Friday aka Garage Bird $12 per person, Family order $60

Two pieces of our most awesome fried chicken with any two cold sides or a Caesar salad. Can be made Gluten Free.

Saturday –  Sausage Party $12 per person, Family order $60

Mild Italian sausage, braised with beer and onions, served on a bed of linguine, with garlic bread.

Sunday – BBQ Chicken $12 per person, Family order $60

Chicken quarters seasoned with our Smoke Show BBQ rub, slowly smoked and then finished on the grill with our Gear Lube BBQ sauce! Served with your choice of any two of our BBQ sides.
